To pay for classes, consultations or medicine online, please choose from the following options:

 Classes:

 Phase 1:  All four classes on October 2, 9, 16, 25, 2008.    $240        Save $100

 Phase 2:  All four classes on October 3, 10, 17, 24, 2008.  $260    Save $100

Consultations:

A $75.00 consultation retainer is required for your appointment.  Payment can be made online or by mailed personal check prior to your appointment.  Once your request for consultation form is received, we will contact you to schedule the best day and time to meet.  Your $75.00 consultation retainer is required to reserve your appointment time and must be received no later than 24-hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
