Due to the ridiculous amount of spam we have received, we have changed the way you will need to register for classes.

First, to register for any of the upcoming classes, please COPY and PASTE the

registration questionnaire below into an new message in YOUR EMAIL ACCOUNT. Please send an email to hawaiianmed@ yahoo.com

with the following information:

If you do not receive an email confirmation within 48 hours, please call 822-5848.

After submitting your registration, within 48 hours you will receive an email from us with additional payment and class information.

You can be enrolled in several Phases at one time.

Phase 1 $ 300

Wednesdays: June 17, 24, (Sat) 27 & July 1

Kapaa High School, 6 pm - 9 pm

Saturday class: 8 am - 12 pm

Phase 2 $ 300

Thursdays: June 18, 25 & July 2, 9

Kapaa High School, 6 pm - 9 pm

Phase 3 $ 300

Fridays: June 19, 26 & July 3, 10

Kapaa High School, 6 pm - 9 pm
