Text Box: Kauai 2008 Lab Materials Here are the things you will need to bring for each lab.  Please check back for addition items you will need on particular days.   1.  Blender   2.  Extension cord   3.  Paring knife   4.  Chopping board   5.  Cheese cloth (preferably muslin)   6.  3 small bowls w/lids   7.  2 medium bowls   8.  1.5 liters of water
