A $75.00 consultation fee is required for your appointment. Once your request for consultation form is received, we will contact you with payment options and to schedule the best day and time to meet. Your $75.00 consultation fee is required to reserve your appointment time and must be received no later than 24-hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Only appointments cancelled within 12-hours will be refunded.
